When you first arrive at our clinic, you will be greeted by our warm, friendly staff. To view a brief bio on each of them, see Our Staff page. You then will be seated in our reception room with the necessary paperwork to fill out.

Next, Dr. West will personally take you to the Consultation/Exam Room. Dr. West will sit down with you and discuss your health concerns and symptoms. She will perform a thorough consultation and answer any questions you may have. Once the consultation is complete, she typically recommends and performs an postural, bio-mechanical and neurological examination. 

Our exam room is complete with computerized range  motion and x-ray equipment and Dr. West may recommend these tests if necessary.  Typically, your complete consultation and exam takes about 45 minutes.                                                                          

We have two chiropractic treatment rooms. With soft lighting and comfortable tables, you can relax and prepare your body for natural healing in our treatment rooms. We utilize various chiropractic techniques to maximize your progress. We even have back massagers to ease your  tight muscles and reduce any body tension you may be carrying around.

Dr. West's favorite technique is the Gonstead Technique. For more info about treatments, see our Services and Techniques page. Typically your adjustment takes about five minutes total.

Our physio-therapy area is where you healing begins. Dr. West may recommend passive therapy in the beginning of your care to reduce muscle spasms, decrease the inflammation involved in your injury and to diminish any associated swelling and/or pain.

In our physio-therapy suite, Dr. West may choose to use Interferential Therapy, Ultrasound, Cryotherapy and Moist Heat. Dr. West also teaches and demonstrates rehabilitation exercises/stretches once your body has healed from the inflammatory process.

At the far end of this area, there is a massage chair you may sit in as you undergo physio-therapy. You may look out at the desert landscape or read a magazine. Therapy usually takes approximately 12 minutes to complete.

 
Last stop on our virtual tour is our massage rooms. We have two massage rooms that are shared between three massage therapists. Massages can be scheduled for 30 minutes, 1 hour or 1 1/2  hours. We offer affordable prices on massage. You can purchase a 3 pack of one hour massages for only $135... that's $45 dollars for 3 - one hour massages!

These can be shared or even broken down into 6 1/2 hour massages. You can discuss the details with our front desk specialists.
