In addition to our cost-effective treatment plans, Dr. West's personal goal is to get you better in the quickest time possible. After a through evaluation performed by Dr. West, she will recommend a treatment plan to meet your personal health goals. Initial treatment typically lasts 2-4 weeks, after which, she will customize a rehabilitation plan for your muscles and ligaments.  Dr. West utilizes her Personal Training Certification and chiropractic expertise to better design treatment plans. Many of the exercises she recommends can be demonstrated on this website-available only to patients when they sign up to become a member.

Dr. West also provides gentle, safe adjustments. She uses several techniques, depending on the needs of her patients. If you have any concerns, just relay them to Dr. West during your exam. Techniques range from very gentle instrument adjusting to the typical type of adjustments where a pop is commonly heard.
