Weight Management Program
In addition to providing chiropractic care, Dr. West also teaches a
12 week weight management program for women. In the program, Dr. West
follows the Body for Life for Women book, written by Dr. Pamela Peeke.
Dr. West has taught the program four times thus far and each time has
enjoyed watching every single participant succeed in so many ways!
Dr. West approaches health care holistically, incorporating healthy eating, supplementation and exercise in her clinic. Most participants in her program are current patients but this is not a requirement, all are welcome!
