IN-NETWORK INSURANCE

At this time, we do not participate with any in-network insurance plans.

OUT-OF-NETWORK CARE

To maintain a high standard of personalized, comprehensive care, we operate as an out-of-network provider. Payment is collected at the time of service, and we do not accept direct insurance payments.

Many patients choose out-of-network care to prioritize flexibility, individualized treatment, and longer appointment times.

HSA / FSA ACCEPTED

We gladly accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for payment. These accounts can be used for chiropractic services, making care more accessible and tax-advantaged.

SUPERBILL SERVICES

For patients with out-of-network benefits, we provide detailed Superbills that are automatically generated and accessible within your Jane App portal.

A Superbill is an itemized receipt that you may submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary based on your specific insurance plan.

Superbills can be downloaded at any time through your secure patient portal.

Worker’s Compensation

If you’ve been injured at work, you need more than treatment. You need clear documentation, structured care, and a provider who understands the Workers’ Compensation process.

At Active Lifestyle Chiropractic, we work within approved Workers’ Compensation networks, primarily MedRisk and ACU Networks. A valid claim and authorization from your adjuster or case manager are required prior to scheduling.

Care is evidence-informed, medically necessary, and documentation-driven, with treatment focused on reducing pain, restoring function, and supporting a safe return to work.

If you already have an approved claim and authorization, we’re ready to help you move forward with confidence.

auto/ Personal Injury

If you’ve been involved in a motor vehicle accident, timely and structured care is essential.

We accept active MedPay coverage to help offset treatment expenses. Due to the documentation and coordination required in personal injury cases, we accept a limited number of PI patients at a time to ensure quality care and thorough reporting.

Active Lifestyle Chiropractic requires confirmed MedPay coverage prior to scheduling. We do not accept liens.

If you have MedPay available and are seeking focused, compliant, evidence-informed care, we’re here to support your recovery.

  • Chiropractic treatments are considered safe.

However, some patients may experience temporary discomfort or soreness following an adjustment.

This can occur as the body adjusts to the treatment and the release of tension from the muscles and joints.

The discomfort is typically mild and short-lived. It can be viewed as a natural response of the body adapting to the structural changes made during the adjustment. This discomfort usually resolves within a day or two as the body acclimates to its new alignment and balance.

It's important to communicate any discomfort with us so that we can adjust treatment techniques accordingly.
